Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara
Drive through the Great Rift Valley, the dramatic landscape and the plains inhabited by Maasai pastoralists. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is reached in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will have a game drive to search out lion for which the reserve is famous. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge or Keekorok Lodge
Day 2 and 3: Game drives
Two days spent in the Mara and on game drives morning and afternoon. Transfer to Mara Serena Lodge for a two night stay. You will enjoy two game drives, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Kenya's most popular game sanctuary will give you the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). You may have an optional visit to a local Masai village. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge or Keekorok Lodge
Day 4: Drive to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, transfer to Lake Nakuru in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. You will have an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park after lunch. Lake Nakuru's claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo's and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge
Day 5: Transfer to Amboseli National Park
Depart from Lake Nakuru in the morning and drive to Amboseli at the foot of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Arrive for lunch at lodge and go for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge
Day 6: Game drives
After breakfast, have an early morning game drive. Amboseli is a photogenic Park and hosts great number of game including the lion, elephant and the splendid cheetah. You will return to the lodge for a late breakfast. Relax and at 1600hrs, you will take another game drive inside the park. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge
Day 7: Return to Nairobi
After an early morning game drive, drive back to Nairobi
